I was hoping the whole process would go a lot smoother, but it was just okay at best. Communication felt slow, and I ended up having to follow up more than I really wanted to. The final result was alright, but it didn’t feel worth the hassle to me. Maybe other people had a better experience, but I probably wouldn’t be in a rush to use them again.

I had mixed feelings once this arrived. From a distance it’s not terrible, and it might function just fine, but up close the materials looked cheaper than I expected. A few areas of the finish felt rough, and some of the edges weren’t as clean or even as I’d hoped. For the price, I was expecting something a bit more polished. It’s usable, but appearance-wise I was definitely a little disappointed

The permit and inspection stuff ended up being way more frustrating than I expected. The inspection took forever, and when I reached out for support, it felt like I was just getting copy-paste replies that didn’t really answer my questions. Overall, it was a annoying experience.

I actually liked a lot of the outdoor products they had listed, and at first I was interested... but trying to get a clear reply from someone was more frustrating than I expected.

I sent over a message with a few simple questions and ended up waiting days to hear back. When they finally did respond, it felt kind of rushed, and they didn’t really answer everything I had asked??

Maybe they were just busy, I get that. Still, better communication would’ve made a big difference, because by the end I felt unsure about moving forward.

The patio cover looks fine overall. I did have to make a warranty claim, and while it did get taken care of, you definitely have to be a little patient. It took a few calls and some waiting before things moved along. Support was polite the whole time though, so that helped.

I’d save your time on this one. The sales consult felt really rushed, and I didn’t feel like they were actually listening to what I needed. It came across more pushy than helpful, which was disappointing.

Overall, the install was fine. Nothing went horribly wrong, and the main structure seems solid enough. They also finished close to the timeline they gave me, so I do want to give them credit for that.
That said, I noticed a few rough cuts and some trim that doesn’t line up as cleanly as I expected. I also ended up picking up more screws and debris afterward than I thought I would. It works like it should, but I can’t help feeling like the finish could’ve been neater. Maybe I’m being picky, but for the price, I expected a little more attention to detail

I’ve had this up for a few months now, it’s been decent when it rains. No leaks so far, which is obviously the main thing, and the finish still looks good even after a couple of rough storms. So on that front, I can’t really complain too much.

But the wind? Yeah, that’s where it starts to annoy me. Some parts rattle way more than I expected, and I’ve already had to go back and tighten things twice, which is not exactly my idea of a good time. It’s not falling apart or anything dramatic, but come on, I expected it to feel a bit more solid than this.

The communication was okay overall. I do think they could’ve given more updates along the way, but maybe I was expecting too much or just overthinking it. It wasn’t terrible, I just would’ve felt better being kept in the loop a bit more.

The installers just didn’t come across as very professional. They seemed kind of careless while they were working, and I had to keep an eye on things more than I expected. Maybe it was just an off day, but between the rushed attitude and little stuff like leaving bits of packaging around near the hallway, it wasn’t a great experience.

I had a problem with my order and, to be fair, they did sort it out eventually. The staff I spoke to were polite, but the whole process dragged on way longer than it should have. I had to make too many calls and send too many emails just to get updates. For the price, I expected better follow-up. It definitely made me trust them a bit less going forward...

We had a lot more design options than I expected, which made it easy to customize the patio the way we wanted. It actually feels like our space now, not just some standard setup. Really happy with how it turned out

Some pieces feel sturdy, while others feel a little lighter than I expected for the price. Nothing has broken or anything, which is good, but I just thought it would feel a bit tougher overall. It’s okay, just not something I’d call amazing
